To sign up with Direct Accommodations as a independent travel agent contractor, all you have to do is submit a REQUEST MORE INFORMATION form below. We will contact you to discuss your goals and answer any additional questions you may have. Once you feel confident and comfortable with our process, we will begin the onboarding process and training.
Pay Your Signup Fee!
Simply pay your signup fee, subscribe to your monthly membership plan, and begin working with clients right away from the comfort of your own home. Direct Accommodations will work with you to get you on your feet and begin closing deals almost instantly.
Our split commission plan allows you to receive 70% of your sales profits, where Direct Accommodations will receive 30%. This allows us to continue improving, creating, and innovating our current methods, services, and infrastructure, to ensure our services are industry leading for all of our agents.

Commissions & Fees
Fees
Direct Accommodations charges a onetime set up fee of $400.00. This fee includes:
- A collection of web-based training, certifications, and one on one training
- Personalized Direct Accommodations email and Office 365 applications
- Agent Highlight on Company Website and Social Media Marketing Campaign
- 250 Business Cards
- Sample kit of marketing collateral
- Complete access to all operating, marketing, and training programs along with a vast network of preferred vendors
- Exclusive travel agent events, FAM trips, and Discounts
- Access to Lead Generation Program
In addition to the onetime set up fee, each agent will be charged $50 per month monthly service fee to stay activated in our program. This fee includes processing commission payments, up-to-date continuous training and highlights to the latest industry news, marketing strategies, and growth opportunities.
Commission
Commission is paid monthly through ACH payment through a very competitive structure. Each agent receives a 70/30 split on commissions. We also offer incentive and yearly bonus programs to empower growth amongst all our agents.
Direct Accommodations also offers a referral bonus. Each experienced qualified agent you refer to our agency, we will pay a $250 bonus after the new agents first booking. How easy is that! As you continue and build relationships with other agents in the industry, you can increase your profit by simply referring them to Direct Accommodations.
